Story
Get to Know Us
MCE Communications was created to bring an expert service to NSW and QLD, which specialises in the OptiComm and NBN Fibre Optic GPON networks. We have an array of experts in the field who can design, build and maintain a GPON network.

We also offer services direct to customer, and specialise in TV antenna and amplifications systems, Coaxial, Data, WiFi mesh networks, Wireless point to point technology, and intercom systems.

We currently hold a contract with Pon Projects, to help deliver the OptiComm project. Find out which areas of this project we specialise in below.
Installations / Activations
We have multiple technicians who attend sites across NSW, to install and activate new OptiComm services. This involves the installation of a single mode fibre from the pit to the side of the house, the installation of the PCD, and the installation of the internal fibre cable, and ONT device inside the home.
Service Calls / Fault Finding
When a customer calls their retail service provider with a problem, our technicians come and find the problem and get it resolved efficiently. This includes the replacement of network equipment, replacement of cabling, replacement/repair of the ONT etc.
Cable Hauling / Stage Build Delivery
We have delivered many cable hauling projects in NSW, and have the tools and expertise to get the job done efficiently. Not only do we haul cables, we also install all the network equipment in the pits (NAPS), we also splice backbone fibre, OTDR and test, allowing us to deliver a stage build from start to finish, ready for customers to move in, and then be assisted by our installation/activations team.
