We currently hold a contract with Pon Projects, to help deliver the OptiComm project. Find out which areas of this project we specialise in below.

Installations / Activations

We have multiple technicians who attend sites across NSW and QLD to install and activate new OptiComm services. This involves the installation of a single mode fibre from the pit to the side of the house, the installation of the PCD, and the installation of the internal fibre cable, and ONT device inside the home.

Service Calls / Fault Finding

When a customer reports an issue to their retail service provider, our technicians are deployed to identify and resolve the problem quickly and efficiently. This can include replacing faulty network equipment, damaged cabling, or repairing/replacing the ONT on-site.

Cable Hauling / Stage Build Delivery

We’ve successfully delivered numerous cable hauling projects across NSW, backed by the tools and expertise to get the job done right. Beyond cable hauling, we manage full network builds — including NAP installations, backbone fibre splicing, OTDR testing, and commissioning. From start to finish, we deliver complete, ready-to-go stage builds.
